To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, please review the following guidelines:

Hydrate Well:
Drink plenty of water at least one hour before your appointment unless you’ve been instructed to fast. Hydration helps make your veins more accessible.
Fasting (If Required):
If your test requires fasting, do not eat or drink anything (except water) for 8–12 hours before your appointment. Check your lab order or ask us if you’re unsure.
Have Your Documents Ready:
Bring your lab order, test kit, or any required paperwork with you, or upload it during booking if possible.
Medication Info:
Continue taking your medications unless your doctor advised otherwise. Let the phlebotomist know if you’re on any blood thinners or medications that may affect collection.
Dress Appropriately:
Wear short sleeves or loose-fitting clothing to allow easy access to your arm for blood collection.
Mobile Collections:
If we’re coming to you, please ensure someone is available to receive the phlebotomist and that pets are secured.
